We collect company information, emission data, and product details necessary to generate CBAM-compliant quarterly reports. This includes company name, country, sector, and emission measurements.
We use Clerk for authentication, which processes your email and basic profile information according to their privacy policy.
Soft Delete: When you request account deletion, we perform a soft delete by marking your account as deleted without immediately removing all data.
Anonymization: After 30 days of deletion request, we anonymize your personal data. Your email is replaced with a non-identifiable address, and your name is removed. Company information is also anonymized.
Audit Logs: We retain audit logs for security and compliance purposes. These logs do not contain personal data after anonymization and are kept for 12 months.
We use essential cookies for authentication via Clerk. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
We use Google Tag Manager for analytics purposes. This may set tracking cookies to help us understand how visitors interact with our website. You can manage your cookie preferences using the cookie consent banner.
We use Sentry Session Replay for error monitoring and debugging. This service records user interactions on our website to help us identify and fix technical issues.
Data Protection: All text content, input field values (including emission data, product details, and company information), and media are automatically masked before being recorded. We cannot see what you type into forms. Only page structure and interaction patterns (clicks, navigation) are captured.
Session recordings are only captured from 10% of sessions (randomly sampled) and 100% of sessions that encounter errors. Recordings are retained for 30 days and are only accessible to our development team for debugging purposes.
