We collect company information, emission data, and product details necessary to generate CBAM-compliant quarterly reports. This includes company name, country, sector, and emission measurements.

We use Clerk for authentication, which processes your email and basic profile information according to their privacy policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

Soft Delete: When you request account deletion, we perform a soft delete by marking your account as deleted without immediately removing all data.

Anonymization:After 30 days of deletion request, we anonymize your personal data. Company name and identifying information are replaced with “Anonymized User”.

Audit Logs: We retain audit logs for security and compliance purposes. These logs do not contain personal data after anonymization and are kept indefinitely as required by EU regulations.

Cookie Policy

We use essential cookies for authentication via Clerk. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
